Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Latitude Coaching Ltd, trading as The Latitude Practice is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or additional access needs. This statement applies to The Latitude Practice website at www.thelatitudepractice.co.uk

Our approach

We want everyone who visits our website to be able to find information, contact us and engage with our content with ease. We continually review and refine the site to improve accessibility, recognising that this is an ongoing process rather than a fixed outcome.

Platform

This website is built using Squarespace, which incorporates a range of accessibility features as part of its platform design, including support for keyboard navigation, image alt text, heading structure and responsive layout.

Accessibility standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, where reasonably possible for a small business website.

Measures we take

Where reasonably possible, we aim to:

·      Use clear, plain language and structure with appropriate headings.

·      Ensure text contrast meets recommended levels.

·      Add alt text to meaningful images

·      Keep navigation simple and consistent

·      Design forms to be usable with keyboard and screen readers

·      Avoid content that flashes or strobes.

Known limitations

As a small business, we operate within the constraints of our website platform and the third-party tools we use. Some features may not yet be fully optimised, for example: certain embedded third-party tools, such as Calendly for bookings or HubSpot for subscriptions, are governed by their own accessibility arrangements. Some older content may not yet meet current standards of live documents, such as PDFs, which may not be fully tagged for assistive technology.

If you encounter a specific barrier, please tell us - we will do our best to provide the information you need in an accessible alternative format.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or would like content in a different format, please contact us:

Email: info@thelatitudepractice.co.uk

Please include details of the issue, the page or feature affected, and the format you would prefer. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Conciliation Service (EACS) or, where relevant, the Equality and Human Rights Commission, which can advise on rights and remedies under the Equality Act 2010.

Ongoing review

We will continue to monitor and improve the accessibility of this website and update this statement as our content, platform or practices change.
