What I offer
I enable c-suite executives, high potential leaders and creatives to reflect on what is most important to them, define career goals, understand strengths and blind spots and raise their performance.
There are three common themes in terms of how I help clients:
-
Feeling stuck in your career, unsure how to weigh up competing priorities at work and home, struggling to find the time to think things through, or watching your expertise fail to translate into progression into new roles?
I can help you review your priorities, get clarity on your goals and build momentum in exploring what’s possible. You can move from hoping clarity and recognition will come to you, to taking deliberate steps to move your career in a direction aligned to your values and circumstances.
-
When you're not sure what would take your performance to the next level, it can often lead to one or many of the following; frustration, apathy, self doubt and burnout — especially when you're managing pressures from outside work.
I can help build clarity and confidence in your leadership and the value you bring, so you can navigate complexity, strengthen resilience and shift from being a functional expert to someone who can navigate and influence the wider organisation.
-
Stepping into an Executive, Partner or NED role for the first time — or not landing roles you feel well suited to — calls for a different kind of preparation.
I can help you plan and move into bigger roles with the confidence and credibility they demand.
“The higher you rise, the less honest feedback you tend to receive.”

Executive coaching packages
-
For anyone who feels unclear on career direction, unsure when to make a move, or feeling knocked back from unsuccessful interviews.
The Next Chapter consists of 3 sessions that blend coaching and interview expertise to help you clarify what really matters to you, understand your strengths and gaps, challenge any limiting beliefs that are preventing you building momentum and have a better idea around what organisations are looking for during hiring processes.
You will also have access to check-ins around key interviews to help you show up at your best at the times it matters most.
The price starts from £750 inc VAT. In the free discovery call before starting the assignment we can also discuss any supplementary support, such as psychometrics and stakeholder feedback gathering, so the package is tailored to your specific needs.
-
For anyone that knows where they want their career to go, and is looking to sharpen performance in order to get there.
The core package consists of 5 coaching sessions, which provide a confidential, non judgemental space for you to share perspectives and values, challenge your own assumptions, reflect on areas for development and be held accountable for taking actions that will drive an increase in your performance.
The price starts from £1,250 inc VAT. In the free discovery call before starting the assignment we can also discuss any supplementary support, such as psychometrics and stakeholder feedback gathering, so the package is tailored to your specific needs.
-
By invitation only, Elevate brings together small groups of peers I have coached from different backgrounds but with similar ambitions to have more of an impact in their respective fields.
The intent is for everyone to share opportunities and ideas, working as peers to create a space for honest challenge, high-calibre development and genuinely good company.
Sessions are held over dinner and lightly curated, it's a setting where discussion moves past the high-level themes into the detail and nuance that actually apply to you and help you reach the top of your game.
-
Creative careers come up against many of the same challenges as corporate ones — ambiguity, disruption, re-skilling, resilience, knowing where to focus. The potential benefits to be gained from coaching is the same; what's often missing is the budget to access it.
I believe the health of the arts correlates strongly with the levels of joy in a community, so I reserve a portion of my capacity for people in creative fields, at a tailored rate. It also means we get to work with a more diverse range of people — and that variety makes coaches better too.
Capacity is limited. If this is of interest please get in touch to find out more.
The process
-

01
We begin with a conversation about you, the challenges you face and what you are hoping to achieve. We can then decide which programme is the best fit for you.
It is also a chance to get a feel for coaching and for me as a coach. Coaching is a significant investment in yourself, so it’s important that you feel the coach is someone you can work with.
-

02
Following the conversation, you will receive a high-level proposal shaped around your goals and context.
We will also discuss capacity. I strictly reserve time to protect the quality of coaching. If availability does not align with yours I would be happy to recommend other coaches we trust that would be able to meet your needs.
-

03
If you decide to proceed, we can tweak the proposal in line with any feedback you might have.
Coaching often evolves as new insights emerge, so the approach remains flexible while staying grounded in meaningful progress towards your goals.

What sets The Latitude Practice apart
Non-Judgemental
My experience of being in senior leadership roles means there is a deep level of understanding around the complexity leaders operate in.
I don’t sit in judgement of others. I listen well, ask good questions and offer a confidential, open space that enables leaders reflect, develop insights and make changes.
Focus on you, not the work
It isn't always about the next promotion. We'll look at your career and your life together — because the best decisions rarely separate the two.
The leaders who thrive are the ones who've worked out what "success" actually means for them.
Seeing both sides of the fence
I have experience across coaching, recruitment and succession planning, senior leadership roles and consulting.
This means I are well placed to provide insights on recruitment processes and help thinking around wider development.
Proven approach, but flexible
While I follow the ICF competency framework for coaching, I am not wedded to any specific process or framework.
All services are genuinely customised to your needs.
Frequently asked questions
-
These fields have degrees of connection, but it is important to be clear on the differences and that you are having conversations with the appropriately qualified people.
At a high level:
Therapy helps you understand and heal emotional difficulty, distress, or patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Mentoring draws on someone else's experience to give advice, guidance, and practical suggestions based on having done something similar before.
Coaching helps you think clearly, make decisions, and take action - not by telling you what to do, but by helping you find your own way forward.
-
Book the free, no obligation discovery call to find out more about what coaching is, and how it can help you.
-
The discovery call is a two way conversation.
I get a better understanding of what you are looking for as a return on your investment and your wider context and challenges. This enables me to produce a personalised coaching proposal.
You can ask me questions around the coaching approach, how other leaders might have tackled similar challenges, and how coaching might be able to help you. This enables you to understand if I am the right fit for you.
-
I offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, I will provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
To give an indication of pricing the Next Chapter offering starts at £750 inc VAT.
-
Yes.
Being able to be honest is crucial in you getting value out of coaching. The confidentiality of the discussions is therefore critical and I adhere to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
I use a note taking transcription service to ensure we can focus fully in the moment on you. The contents are stored securely and never shared outside of The Latitude Practice, either to train Large Language Models or for marketing purposes. You can also ask for transcription to be turned off.
Your records and data are stored in compliance with GDPR. Having worked in a heavily regulated Financial services industry for many years I know how important this is.
-
In order to maintain the quality of coaching and wider advisory commitments, I limit coaching assignments that I run at any one time.
That said, due to the nature of coaching, capacity fluctuates regularly and I can discuss specifics in the discovery call. If we don’t have capacity in the short to medium term, I will happily connect you with other potential coaches who I know and trust.
-
Both!
Online sessions make coaching accessible wherever you are based.
I am also happy to travel to your offices if there is a space you feel comfortable having coaching conversations in, but would be subject to travel expenses.
I can also host coaching sessions at various shared working spaces across London if you would prefer.

I think there is a place for both AI tools and good coaches. There are many great AI tools that provide a degree of coaching support for reflection, structure and idea generation.
However given AI is reliant on the prompts you put in, it is less effective at helping discover blind spots and challenging deep rooted beliefs that may no longer be serving you. It also cannot replace the human challenge, accountability, empathy and nuance that a strong coaching relationship provides.
